This very important portion of the design process leads us in creating the best image for your company. Take your time in submitting thoughtful answers with regard to your company’s field, philosophy, and any images you have in mind for your company’s logo design.

After completing Step 1, you will have the option to process your secured payment using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, or PayPal. We accept checks and money orders, or you can wait to speak with a representative to process your payment.
Bama Graphics employs the highest level of security for all transactions. Upon receipt of your order form, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm your order and to answer any questions or concerns regarding the Logo Design process.
Upon receipt of your payment, our team of designers will begin creating your logo design. We will create a web address for your private logo design project, which we will notify you of via phone or email.
Within 2-5 business days, Bama Graphics will present 4-6 initial logo designs, based on the Logo Design package you selected. There, you will have the option to choose a final logo design, or request changes on the posted samples.
Once we receive your input, we will immediately work according to your desires. If simple changes were requested, we will provide a newly revised logo within one business day. There is no time limit on any of our packages, so take your time in reviewing your logo designs. Unlimited changes apply to Silver, Gold, and Express packages.
If you find you are not satisfied with any of the variations, Bama Graphics will provide you with one redraw session, including a new set of concepts, free of charge.
Once you are satisfied with your Logo Design, we will work toward completing your project.
Depending on your selected package, we may ask for your input on stationery design. You will be able to view your stationery layouts on the same private webpage provided for your Logo Design. It will include two versions of business cards and letterheads, and one envelope design. Unlimited changes can be applied to your stationery design until you are satisfied.
After all of the designs are met with your approval, we will send you a Logo Kit, including GIF, JPEG, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG-24 (transparent), TIFF in RGB colors files, along with a “Read Me.txt” file.
Your business card, envelope, and letterhead layout designs will be sent in AI, PDF, and EPS in RGB and CMYK colors.
We will send your Logo Kit as an attachment via your private project page, or, for a small charge, we can send it to your via snail mail on a CD.
