Select the package that best suits your company’s needs. Fill out the secure online form, providing your name, company name, email, and mailing address, and we will then contact you to gather more information for your site. You will have the opportunity to provide this information online, as well; however, our designers will work closely with you to discuss in your Web Design project in detail.
After completing Step 1, you will have the option to process your secured payment using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, or PayPal. We accept checks and money orders, or you can wait to speak with a representative to process your payment.
Depending on the package you select, we may require full payment upfront, or we may split your payment into two or three installments, depending on the complexity of your project. For each Web Design package, we required a signed contract.
Bama Graphics employs the highest level of security for all transactions. Upon receipt of your order form, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm your order and to answer any questions or concerns regarding the Web Design process.
Once payment is received, Bama Graphics will begin working on your project! If you have submitted the completed content for at least two pages of your project (home page + one other, including internal links, edited text, and any images and pictures you might prefer), we will create your initial design variations and consult with you within 5 business days.
We will present your initial designs on a private personal webpage in picture format. Depending on your package, you will see 1-2 concepts from which to choose. You may also request changes on any of the posted samples.
After submitting your input, we will proceed accordingly right away. Simple changes can be completed within 2 business days, while more complex design changes may take up to 5 business days. There is no time limit on viewing designs; feel free to take as long as needed to decide what you want for your company’s website.
If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with the first set of samples presented, Bama Graphics will gladly revise them, free of charge.
Once you approve of the initial design, we will need your help in providing the complete content for the remaining pages of your website. If the pages are complex, we will go through the Step 4 process with you to complete these pages. If not, we can skip directly to conversion.
After all revisions are complete, and after you finalize your design for each page, we will proceed with the conversion. A basic conversion of 5 pages will take approximately 5 business days to complete, and may be split into several stages. We will provide you with a link to view your pages.
We are happy to adjust fonts, colors, sizes, etc. on your converted pages; however, please note that the amount of changes in each package is different and limited. Design and conversion changes will count toward the total amount.
Any programming functionality you may have on your site, such as shopping cart or CMS, will take place at the end of the project, once most of the pages are converted. You will have the opportunity to test all functions and we will work on bugs and any changes before the approval.
Upon your approval of all converted pages, Bama Graphics will upload all files to your server and set up databases. We can also email all the files to you, if you prefer. Bama Graphics does not provide hosting services, so please do consult with our Project Manager to ensure that the hosting plan you select will meet the requirements of your site. We are not responsible for setting up your server. Finally, Bama Graphics provides 6 free months of service for small text changes and adjustments.
